The silicon steel for electrician in single phase silicon steel lamination is actually an iron-silicon alloy containing 1% to 4.5% Si in industrial pure iron. The production process of high-performance silicon steel sheet is: smelting a billet with a given silicon content and a minimum carbon content (actually generally about 0.05% C), and then hot rolling into a steel strip of about 2.5 mm thick, and finally cold rolling is commonly used. In the single phase silicon steel lamination, if the cold rolling deformation is large (45% to 60%), the textured structure is obtained, and the degree of orientation is about 90%; if the cold rolling deformation is small (<7% to 10%) ), a tissue having a small degree of orientation is obtained. If it is only rolled in the hot state, the silicon steel sheet is not textured, and the performance is the same in the rolling direction and the vertical rolling direction. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the texture orientation, the silicon steel sheets are classified into non-oriented hot-rolled silicon steel sheets, low-degree-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.
