The volume and weight of the motor or transformer iron core manufactured by it are relatively small, and relatively speaking, silicon steel sheet, copper wire and insulating material can be saved.
C. High stacking coefficient. The surface of the silicon steel sheet is smooth, flat and uniform in thickness, and the stacking coefficient of the manufactured iron core is improved.
D. The punching performance is good. This is more important for the manufacture of small and micro-motor cores.
E. The surface has good adhesion to the insulating film and good solderability.
