The function of the core of the UI transformer meter is to strengthen the magnetic coupling between the two coils. In order to reduce the eddy current and hysteresis loss in the iron during operation, the core is laminated by the painted silicon steel sheet; there is no electricity between the two coils. Contact, the coil is wound from insulated copper wire (or aluminum wire). One coil is connected to the AC power source called the primary coil (or the primary coil), and the other coil is called the secondary coil (or the secondary coil).
The UI transformer meter is very complicated, and there are inevitable copper loss, iron loss and magnetic flux leakage during operation. For the sake of simplicity, only the ideal transformer will be introduced here. The ideal transformer is established by ignoring the leakage flux, ignoring the resistance of the primary and secondary coils, ignoring the loss of the core, and ignoring the no-load current (the current in the coil of the primary coil of the primary coil).
The UI transformer table needs to effectively check the voltage, current and instrument of the electrical cabinet during operation. The initial temperature of the temperature control table can be set to 400 °C during operation to check whether the currents of the power meter are consistent. After making sure the adjustments are consistent, turn on the heat switch to heat up. At this point, the valve for circulating water is opened to ensure that there is no blockage to ensure smooth water flow.
